I. Overview
On rural power transmission towers, black spots are often found at the joints of metal structures, which are bird nests nearby. For power grid inspectors, whenever they find bird nests on towers during inspections, they must climb up to remove them. This is because materials used in these nests may fall onto fittings, line clamps, and other positions, easily causing fires and leading to line trips, which is very detrimental to the stability of power transmission in the area. II. Working Principle
The Targetok solar bird repellent device combines four modes—strong light strobe, ultrasonic waves, MP3 gunshot sounds, and MP3 eagle calls—to repel birds. In addition, it is equipped with a biological detector. Once birds enter the radar monitoring range, it immediately triggers an alarm, achieving the goal of bird repellent while reducing equipment wear and extending its service life.
