(1) Product Introduction
The Micro Core Pile is a contact-based monitoring and early warning system for debris flows and landslides. Wuhan Zhongdi Hengda Technology Co., Ltd. has improved the Micro Core Pile into an integrated device. The Micro Core Pile integrated unit is installed and fixed in the upper and middle reaches of debris flow gullies with safety risks. When a debris flow occurs, the movement of stones in the debris flow channel will impact the Micro Core Pile, triggering the built-in gravity acceleration sensor of the Micro Core Pile. The Micro Core Pile has a built-in wireless communication module, which immediately sends an alarm message. By deploying Micro Core Piles at intervals to form a network, the false alarm rate can be reduced. The Micro Core Pile can realize functions such as long-distance wireless transmission of debris flow disaster information and on-site real-time alarm. It has the characteristics of simple installation, low false alarm rate, wide monitoring range, long-distance wireless transmission, long-term continuous monitoring, reusability, and low cost, and can be widely used in debris flow disaster monitoring and early warning.

1) The housing is made of high-strength, anti-aging materials, which can be used in the field for a long time to perform uninterrupted measurements;
2) Operating temperature range: -40℃～+85℃, with temperature compensation;
3) Lightning protection and anti-static performance (±60kV/600W);
4) Adopts an integrated structural design with a fully sealed structure, and the overall protection level reaches IP68, making it suitable for harsh natural environments in the field;
5) Collects multiple monitoring elements, including triaxial inclination, tilt angle, azimuth, vibration frequency, amplitude, battery voltage, ambient temperature, and GPS+Beidou dual-mode positioning information at the same time, which greatly increases the correlation of collected data and facilitates subsequent data analysis;
6) Supports trigger-based collection. When the sensor tilts or vibrates, it can immediately collect data and send an alarm, which can be used to study movement laws, monitor and early warn, and prevent on-site theft.
