(1) Product Introduction
The QJZD01 Inclinometer and Accelerometer is a triaxial inclination and vibration monitoring sensor integrating data acquisition, wireless communication, power supply, and self-protection. Its main function is to real-timely measure changes in inclination and vibration.
(2) Working Principle
It integrates a triaxial MEMS acceleration sensor, a magnetic declination sensor, and a positioning module to monitor acceleration and angle changes in real time. It can perceive overall attitude changes through angle changes or acceleration changes.
(3) Product Features
1) The housing is made of high-strength, anti-aging materials, enabling long-term field use and uninterrupted measurement;
2) Operating temperature range: -40℃～+85℃, with temperature compensation;
3) Lightning protection and anti-static performance (±60kV/600W);
4) Adopts an integrated structural design with a fully sealed structure, reaching an overall protection level of IP68, suitable for harsh natural field environments;
5) Collects multiple monitoring elements, including triaxial inclination, tilt angle, azimuth angle, vibration frequency, amplitude, battery voltage, ambient temperature, and GPS+Beidou dual-mode positioning information simultaneously, which greatly enhances the correlation of collected data and facilitates subsequent data analysis;
6) Supports trigger-based acquisition. When the sensor tilts or vibrates, it can immediately collect data and send an alert, which can be used for studying motion patterns, monitoring and early warning, and on-site anti-theft.
