Motor rotor press-fitting machine

Zhu'en Motor Stator and Rotor Assembly Hydraulic Press, developed by Shanghai Zhu'en Industrial Co., Ltd., is specially designed for stator pressing, rotor pressing, end cover pressing and other processes of new energy motors, servo motors, stepping motors and household appliance motors. It is the core assembly equipment for motor manufacturing.

The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength body, which is treated with aging stress relief, with stable rigidity, high pressing parallelism, and no easy partial load during the pressing process. It is equipped with a PLC touch screen numerical control system, which can accurately set the pressing pressure, stroke and holding time, and store and call multi-section process programs. The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates pressing curves, judges whether the workpiece is qualified online, exports and saves production data, and supports docking with the MES system to realize the whole process traceability of assembly quality.

It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety light curtains and emergency stop buttons to prevent workpiece and operator injuries. The tonnage, stroke and tooling can be customized according to motor specifications. Positioning fixtures and automatic feeding and discharging mechanisms can be optionally equipped to adapt to semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines. It is widely used in the pressing of parts such as new energy vehicle motors, industrial motors and water pump motors, with stable pressing and high qualified rate.
