- Quick master-slave oil cylinder, realizing fast downward movement, slow working feed, and fast return, improving efficiency.

Performance and Control

- Nominal pressure: 20T; pressure, stroke, pressure holding time, etc. can be steplessly adjusted.

- Oil cylinder descending speed: 65-180mm/s; ascending speed: 85-130mm/s; cycle time ≤ 1 second/time.

- Controlled by PLC + touch screen, supporting manual/semi-automatic operation, with safety configurations such as two-hand operation, emergency stop, and infrared hand protection.

Applicable Scenarios

Used for deburring, gate punching and shaping of aluminum/zinc/magnesium alloy die castings, and also suitable for plastic part trimming, hardware assembly riveting, non-metallic pressing and trimming, etc.
