Storage conditions
The storage life of HH-9168 is 12 months. The premise is to keep it in its original condition and avoid being exposed to extreme heat and cold. The freezing point of HH-9168 is lower than minus 10 degrees and it can withstand cold. But you still want to bring it to room temperature before use.
user's guidance
HH-9168 can be fed into the mixing head alone or mixed with water and amine. In general soft foam formulas, it can be dissolved into the mixture in various proportions. Experimentally proven and common tertiary amines have a stability period of at least 5 days at room temperature.
application
HH-9168 is used as a stabilizer for polyether soft foam. Because it has a high stabilizer, foam products with uniform cell structure can be obtained during production. It is suitable for the production of medium and low density foams, and its density range is 8- 30kg/cubic meter.
The use of HH-9168 is not limited by the type of foaming agent and different formulas.
