PROPERTIES
1.Sunserve CS is an important acidic mucopolysaccharide extracted from animal cartilage.
2.It is white or ivory white powder, and is extremely hygroscopic and easily dissolvable into water being sticky liquid.
3.It cannot be dissolved in organic reagent like alcohol, acetone, ether, chloroform etc.
4.Its salt are stable with heat.
APPLICATIONS
1.COSMETIC PRODUCTS
The general usage of CS is in the skin cream.With its moisturizing property, CS is an excellent emollient.
2.PHARMACEUTICAL
It is widely applied in the antirheumatic and anti-inflammatory products, and has clinical effects to prevent coronary heart disease, angina, myocardial infarction, insufficiency of coronary artery etc., without any side effect. Besides, it is also used in eyes drop, wound healing products.
3.DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
CS is used as an assistant treatment of degenerative arthropathia.
