Description

Free flowing,white to slightly yellowish powder consisting of fine spherical particles.Practically odourless.

CompositionThe spherical particles contain DL-α-tocopherol acetate in droplets of 1-2μm embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic (E414) and sucrose and coarted with starch.

Solubility

Assay: Min. 25%DL-α-tocopherol acetate per gram(=250 former I.U.of vitamin E=168TE per gram)

Loss on drying: Max≤5%(4 hours at 105℃)

Applications

Food products:The product has been developed for fortifying powder products such as baby and children抯 food, dietetic foods and driedmilk, as well as for vitamin mixtures for use in the food industry. It is very suitable for the manufacture of hypoallergenic food products as it contains no protein.
