CompositionThe particles contain microencapsulated microbial oil rich in arachidonic acid (ARA) that is embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic (E414), sucrose and coated with starch. The product contains sodium ascorbate(E301) ,ascorbyl palmitate(E304),lecithin(E322)and DL-alpha-tocopherol(E307)as antioxidants.

SolubilityThe product can be dispersed in cold water to form a milky emulsion with good longterm stability.
