Application: It is a typical raw material for chlorodifluoromethane. It is also an intermediate for making dyestuff, pesticide and medicine. It is known as an excellent solvent.

Physical & chemical properties: under normal temperature and pressure, the product is a colorless liquid with a distinctive and sweet redolence. Its melting point is -63.5癈, its boiling point is 61.2癈. Its density is 1.489g/cm³ at 20癈. It is soluble slightly in water but easily in ethanol, ether and benzene.

Storage & transportation: The product is packed in galvanized steel drum, coated steel drum or tanks (or tank cars). It is to keep in dry and well-ventilated place, away from sunlight and raining. It is to comply with regulations of railway and road transportation of China concerning hazardous cargo.
