Features and Applications

Actmix DCBS-80GE F140 speeds up rubber vulcanization in rubber products. It has a long scorch time, high processing safety, and fast vulcanization speed. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or used in combination with dithiocarbamates or thiuram accelerators. The resulting vulcanizate has excellent aging resistance and low compression set. Thiourea accelerators have a significant secondary accelerating effect on DCBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. In compounds containing mercaptan accelerators and thiuram accelerators, DCBS can delay scorching and improve processing safety.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, especially suitable for molded rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
