Shaoxing City Haiyuan Knitting & Textile Co., Ltd. is located in China Textile City, which is Asia’s largest textile distribution center in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, and enjoys good location. And the new factory, which sits in Anchang Industrial Park with occupied floor area of 30,000 sq. meters, has also been put into use.

The knitting workshop is armed with 30 circular knitting machines form Taiwan, which can daily produce 20 tons of grey fabrics; and we also have 7 napping and polar fleece lines.

In addition, we imported 2 setting machines with daily production capacity of 30 tons. The company boasts perfect internal management and Q.C. system, and we have experienced technicians who are responsible for the incoming inspection of raw materials, weaving and after-finishing. For printing, we have rotary screen printing machines and flat screen printing machine from Germany and Italy. With around 360 employees, the company can produce wide range of products, including warp-knitted series (dyes or printed super-soft velvet, short hair velvet, coral fleece, cotton velvet etc.) and weft-knitted series (FDY, DTY dyes or/and printed polar fleece, striped polar fleece, striped check polar fleece, embossed polar fleece, gilded polar fleece, luminous polar fleece, embroidered double-faced pile, irreversible flannelette, fleece in one side, striped fleece in one side and various home-textiles etc.) Weight range: 110-500g/m2, width: 1.3-2.9m, monthly production capacity: 700tons. We can process order with supplied samples, and we have thousands of samples available for the selection of customers.
