Founded in October 1972, as a Proprietary Firm namely Runa Industries (Chemicals) is a brain child of Late Mr. Shrikant N. Ranade, who was a Technocrat having 4 decades of rich experience in the field Purification of Chemicals. He served the Bhabha Atomic Research Center as a Scientific Officer for 10 long years before venturing into manufacturing Laboratory Chemicals under the brand name RUNA.
