Shimoga Life Sciences Pvt Ltd has been incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 on 21st May 2009, with an objective to manufacture high quality low volume bulk actives, intermediates and fine chemicals for varied customers in India and abroad. Shimoga Chemicals is a subsidiary company and an established player under the same management having its works at MIDC Kupwad, Sangli district of Maharastra in India. Shimoga Life Sciences is in the process of establishing cGMP facilities at APIIC industrial estate Nadikudi in Guntur district of Andhra Predesh.
