Phytosterol are a series of compounds in nature ,which exist widely in free or compound type. It has 3 existing types , including animal , plant and fungus. Phytosterol(plant sterol) is in the seeds of plant, including sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol.

Application:
Phytosterol(plant sterol) is a substance with physiological activity, it is made by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method. It contains no solvent and metal ions. It is widely used in drug, food and feed.
It can be used as biochemical reagent and APIs, including D3,AD and ADD; or used as drug emulsifier. It can be used as antioxidant of oil or used as ink dispersant, softener of textile and antioxidant of beverage.
It is is extracted in molecular distillation method
