Omethoate is a broad-spectrum systemic insecticide and acaricide effective against aphids, woolly aphids, trips, sacle insects, caterpillars and beetles, especially on hops, and against wheat bulb fly. It also can be used on cotton, rice, fruit-trees, tobacco and other crops. Acute oral LD 50 to rat is 30-60mg/kg, for mouse 30-40mg/kg; acute dermal LD 50 for rats is 1400mg/kg; Dreathingin LD 50 for rat is1520mg/kg 3 hour, TLM for fish (carp) is more than 500 ppm(96 hours).
