Hebei Liuhe Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded on March 27, 2015 in Salt Chemical Industrial Park, Ningjin County, Hebei, China, with registered capital of￥50 million.

It was formerly known as Hebei Sanyuan Water Purifier Technology Co., Ltd. and Hebei Xingfei Chemical Co., Ltd. At present, Sanyuan is capable of producing 30,000T/A cyanuric acid and 60,000T/A ammonium sulfate each year. Xingfei can produce 30,000T/A sodium dichloroisocyanurate and 10,000T/A trichloroisocyanuric acid. The both companies have rich experience in production and management and mature marketing channel.

Scale of construction:

The company covers 487mu (about 324,001.62 square meters). The project is finished in two phases. The first-stage project covers 281mu, and is planned to build 100,000T/A cyanuric acid, 60,000T/A sodium dichloroisocyanurate, 30,000 trichloroisocyanuric acid, 30,000T/A sulfamic acid and by product project. The second-stage project covers about 180mu, and it is planned to build 120,000 tons of brominated flame retardant and 50,000 tons of 1,3,5-Tris(2-hydroxyethyl)cyanuric acid and by project project.

Geographical position of plant:

Full name of Ningjin Salt Chemical Industrial Park is Salt Chemical Circular Economy Park of Ningjin County. It is a province-level development zone that is close to 393 Provincial Road and Huangerying Village.

The first and second projects are built in Ningjin Salt Chemical Industrial Park. After the completion of the projects, the company will occupy leading position in such aspects as production technology, self-control technology, environmental protection and energy conservation.
