Jiangsu Xinjie Interlining Co., Ltd. (Xinjie) was founded in November 1984. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in researching, developing, producing and marketing medium and high grade interlinings. There are more than 100 varieties of products including interlining with pink dots, interlining with two-color dots, interlining with pulp dots, resin interlining, dusting interlining, etc. We have “Xinjie”, and “Yingxing” two brands. The annual production capacity is 35 million meters. In 2011 and 2012, the annual sales volume were 160 million Yuan RMB each year.
As to raw and auxiliary materials, Xinjie adopts the management model of “direct supply (processing) of material at fixed location, personnel tracking, dynamic management, survival of the fittest”, selects excellent and qualified manufacturers of greige cloth, rubber powder, and auxiliary as suppliers. We can assure the customers of high-quality products by checking the production supply condition regularly, and sending personnel to supervise the production and inspection processes on supplier's site.
Xinjie owns complete set of international advanced interlining production and inspection equipments, such as “Cavitec” double-dot coating machine, “Karachi”, “Xinteshi” pink-dot coating machine, Jinhui double-dot coating machine, “Monforts” setting machine, “SunStar” setting machine, “Thies” dyeing machine, Taiwan “Yaji” dyeing machine, “Ouxima” pressing machine, etc. Moreover, the company has production quality inspection center with complete facilities and complete functions, and sewage treatment station with the daily processing capacity of 2,000 tons. The production process has 35 quality control points. We implements “4N-6S” management system, thus we can guarantee high quality and stability of products.
In 2005, Xinjie established Nantong Garment Accessories (Interlining) Engineering and Technological Research Center. Under the effort of 5 senior engineers from international renowned interlining enterprises, and more than 30 technicians, the production technology and product quality of shirt lining have reached international advanced level, of garment lining have reached domestic advanced level. Moreover, the company also undertook the R&D of “new wide double-dot adhesive interlining”, “warp insertion and weft insertion warp knitting lining by float process”, etc. Furthermore, the company has won several national patents, and it has been listed in “national Spark Program”, “National Torch Plan”, “National Key and New Product”, “Jiangsu Torch Plan”.
