| Introduction:
The industrial level bentonite inorganic gel selects high quality bentonite as raw
material, after the mill running, making slurry, activation, stripping, superfine
graduation depuration and chemical modification, it becomes highly pure, with
high brightness, ultra dispersion and high thickness natural bentonite inorganic
gel product.
This craft stimulates the bentonite potential performance fully, and the bentonite
product's performance of dispersion and thickness are several times of those of
other similar product. When dispersed in water, the granularity is tiny and distribution
is even. Its colloid performance is superior and thixotropic property
is strong. It can impart useful rheological and properties to aqueous compositions,
and increase the thickness. We also supply intercalation crafts.
Product characters:
1. Remarkable colloid performance, the water will not bleed and the viscosity is
2000mPa.s when the concentration is 5%
2. Perfect thixotropic properties, undisturbed they increase in viscosity over time,
and under a constant shear rate they decrease in viscosity over time
3. The outstanding stability of pH, it can increase the thickness between the pH
of 4∼13

Applications:
The industry level bentonite inorganic gel is non-toxic, tasteless and does not have
the irritating quality. It has good thixotropic and rheological property. It
is usually used in dope, acidity or alkalescence cleanser, scour and suspension.
Packing and storage:
It is polyethylene bag inside, and paper barrel outside, 25kg/bag. It also can pack
under consumer's request. It should be left in dampproof and dry place. Dilapidation
is abandon. Together with other contaminated things is also not allowed.
This product we deal with it by the special craft of inserting the clay of montmorillonite,
and its capability is far better than SD1095 which don't insert clay. |
