Beginning from the year of 1993, we already produced polar fleece fabric and other series of fabrics, for a long time, then we develop our equipment and our staff, to improve the core advantage just for a competitive future.
Now, we have the status of the largest polar fleece fabric producer in China, as we have the perfect technique chain. 10 sets of polyester yarn elasticizing machines, 100 sets of circular knitting machine, 15 lines of polar fleece producing system. So the daily amount of production reaches 100 ton in polar fleece, and for other middle-technique products daily amount reaches 500 tons. And now we employed 800 staff without children and old men. So we are the largest manufacturer in China.
In the quality control step, we had used the largest energy. The warehouse takes up the one third of the factory room. And we use the special tool to keep fabric in blocking. And now we have a good team for order production keeping.
Our company is located at Paojiang Industrial Zone near the Shaoxing exit of the freeway from Hangzhou to Shanghai which also passes Ningbo ocean port.
