China may take action to support iron ore negotiations

China says it will stick to an annual pricing system, and may take action to support the country's steel makers in negotiations with suppliers. The Ministry of Commerce says China hopes the suppliers, the steel association, and Japanese and South Korean steel makers can together maintain the mechanism and prevent price volatility.
