The bimetal composite drill tail screw is a fully anti-corrosive stainless steel drill tail screw. The screw head and locking part are made of austenitic system stainless steel material (18-8); the tapping part and the front drill tail part are made of alloy steel (carbon steel), with a specially treated surface (Laspat). Since both the threaded drill tail and tapping zone are made of specially hardened metal, when driven into steel plates, the stainless steel part is introduced into the thread, completely eliminating the common issue of stainless steel tapping screws locking due to thread wear and deformation.
