       Our products utilize specialized enameled glass steel plates and Q245R material, employing German imported enamel. The process involves two pre-firings and two sandblasting treatments of the steel billet, effectively reducing the carbon content in the billet and rearranging irregular molecules, thereby optimizing the steel's enamelability. This extends the contact area between the billet and enamel in three-dimensional space, significantly enhancing adhesion and making the bond between enamel and steel more robust. In the enamel spraying process, alcohol is used as a suspending agent and desiccant, overcoming the drawbacks of using clay and other materials as suspending agents, which are prone to slow drying, rust spots, and impaired adhesion. The enameling process adopts a room-temperature cold spray and high-temperature firing technique. The firing technology and the introduction of rare elements ensure the enameled glass products exhibit excellent acid resistance, reliable thermal shock resistance, and high-temperature reaction stability. This results in a unique sky-blue transparent glass quality, greatly extending the product's service life, saving customers significant costs, and earning their trust and positive feedback.
