  Our company operates three advanced domestic nylon staple fiber production lines. Two of these lines produce fine denier nylon 6 and 66 staple fibers, with specifications including 1.5D*38MM, 2D*51MM, 2.5D*51MM, 3D*51MM, and 3D*65MM. These fibers are used for non-woven fabrics, cotton spinning, wool spinning, and flocking. Available colors include white, black, extra white, extra black, gray, as well as custom colors based on customer requirements. The third production line specializes in coarse denier nylon staple fibers, with specifications ranging from 10D to 120D in various lengths. These are primarily used for: 1. Coarse denier electrostatic flocking nylon tow; 2. Scouring pads, polishing balls, and polishing wheels.
