Kunshan Organic Chemical Plant Co., Ltd. (KOC), established in 1976, was one of China's early producers of solvent dyes for plastics. Kunshan Yuanyuan Plastic Pigment Co., Ltd. (KYY), founded in 1992, is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of colorants for plastics in China. KOC and KYY merged in 1999, making the company one of the well-known producers and distributors of plastic colorants in China. In 2009, the company relocated its production base from Kunshan, Jiangsu Province to Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, rapidly expanding its production capacity. Currently, the company's headquarters is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, approximately 30 kilometers from Shanghai, with a branch office in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, and the production base in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province.

As a pioneer in plastic colorants in China, the company has been committed to continuously developing new color varieties for customers since its inception.
