Liuzhou Shengyihe Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology company specializing in the development, production, and operation of briquette, formed coke, and metal pellet technologies. It provides technical services and engineering applications for pulverized coal forming in industries such as fertilizers, metallurgy, building materials, and lime. With the soaring price of coal, most coal-using enterprises have begun to partially or fully switch to briquettes, achieving certain results in conserving lump coal resources and reducing production costs. However, briquettes made with the commonly used sodium humate binder face issues such as inconsistent quality of humic acid raw materials, susceptibility to rainy seasons, low cold and hot strength, corrosion of production equipment, and increased costs for enterprises.

Our company has fully absorbed existing research achievements in briquette binders both domestically and internationally. Through in-depth study of the reaction mechanisms, extraction methods, and the wetting and bonding properties between binders and pulverized coal, as well as the combustion, gasification, and slagging processes of briquettes in gas furnaces, we have successfully developed the Shengyihe Non-Retting Briquette Special Binder after numerous experiments.
