Wuhan Jihechang Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was co-founded by Mr. Song Wenchao and Mr. Dai Rongming in 2000 and was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) in 2015 (Stock Code: 832073). In 2014, Jihechang partnered with Aoke Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300082) to establish Wuhan Aoke Special Chemical Co., Ltd. in the Wuhan Chemical Industrial Park. In 2017, Jihechang conducted a private placement to Aoke Co., Ltd., making Aoke Special Chemical a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jihechang, and Aoke Co., Ltd. became a shareholder of Jihechang.
