　　Detergents: Utilizes its alkalinity to remove grease (e.g., as an ingredient in dishwashing detergents and laundry powder).

　　Food Processing: Used as an acidity regulator and leavening agent in the production of pastries and flour-based foods (e.g., neutralizing acid produced during fermentation to make the texture softer); must meet food-grade standards (purity ≥99.2%).

　　Other Uses: Used in water treatment to adjust pH and soften hard water (removing calcium and magnesium ions). In laboratories, used as a primary standard (for standardizing acid solution concentrations) or as an alkaline reagent.
