The company has established a professional purification platform for electronic-grade chemicals and possesses multiple patented technologies for KrF photoresist resin monomers and electronic-grade high-purity solvents. Its products are widely used in various fields of semiconductor materials. Among them, photoresist resin monomers such as pACS, pTBS, and PEES, as well as high-purity solvents like PGMEA, PGME, and L-EL, have already been shipped in bulk.
