Xiangye Environmental Protection Fluidizer Tangshan Point Fluidizer, as an important flow-aiding component for powder material discharge from silos, plays a crucial role. It is cleverly installed at the lower part of the hopper. By introducing air through the porous plate, it fluidizes the powder, effectively increasing the fluidity of the material, thereby preventing arching and enabling smooth discharge of the material.
In terms of layout, the point fluidizer adopts a multi-point arrangement, installed at the discharge cone. This flexible layout allows multi-directional fluidization of the material, further ensuring smooth material flow. There are many types of fluidizers, including silo fluidizers, disc fluidizers, and dish fluidizers, among which silo fluidizers are the main type, with particularly remarkable performance and effects. As an indispensable component of blast furnace coal injection systems, the point fluidizer plays a pivotal role in the coal injection system. It not only ensures that when the injection tank is depressurized or the safety valve is depressurized, the pulverized coal can remain in the tank after effective filtration, thus avoiding environmental pollution, wear on pipes and valves, and waste of pulverized coal, but also greatly reduces costs.
This fluidizer uses a distribution plate composed of irreversible nozzles, with extremely small pressure loss, requiring only 0.05Mpa to start. This design can effectively prevent powder-gas backflow. By installing the fluidizer in the injection tank, the cone powder accumulation problem common in multi-cone, multi-pipeline injection tank forms is eliminated, further improving the stability and efficiency of the system.
In addition, fluidizers can be flexibly combined to form continuous coal injection systems for series and parallel discharge. This system has the advantages of simple process, compact structure, safety and reliability, and is especially suitable for pulverized coal injection in blast furnaces of the metallurgical industry.
It is worth mentioning that our original fluidized injection device is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of about 3mm. On its circular surface, we have designed long slits arranged in a cross shape, perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is only 0.5mm, the length is about 20mm, and the spacing is 10mm. More importantly, the lower edge of the slit is chamfered at 1×45°, this ingenious design allows compressed air to be more concentrated at the center of the fluidized injection device, thereby enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle. This design makes the pulverized coal on the fluidized injection device more fluid, ensuring the stability of pulverized coal injection, and greatly improving the working efficiency and user experience of the fluidized injection device.
In summary, the point fluidizer, with its excellent performance and unique design, provides an efficient and stable solution for the discharge of powder materials from silos, and is an indispensable important equipment in industrial production.
