It is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the hopper. By introducing air through the porous plate, it fluidizes the powder, effectively increasing the fluidity of the material, thereby preventing arching and enabling smooth discharge of the material.
In terms of layout, the point-type fluidizer adopts a multi-point arrangement and is installed at the discharge cone. This flexible layout enables multi-directional fluidization of the material, further ensuring smooth material flow. There are various types of fluidizers, including silo fluidizers, disc fluidizers, and disc-type fluidizers, among which silo fluidizers are the main type, with particularly remarkable performance and effects. As an indispensable component for blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems, the point-type fluidizer plays a pivotal role in the pulverized coal injection system. It not only ensures that when the injection tank depressurizes or the safety valve depressurizes, the pulverized coal can be effectively filtered and retained in the tank, thus avoiding environmental pollution, wear on pipelines and valves, and waste of pulverized coal, but also greatly reduces costs.
This fluidizer adopts a distribution plate composed of irreversible nozzles, with extremely small pressure loss. It only requires 0.05MPa to start, and this design can effectively prevent powder-gas backflow. By installing the fluidizer in the injection tank, the cone powder accumulation problem common in multi-cone and multi-pipeline injection tank forms is eliminated, further improving the stability and efficiency of the system.
In addition, fluidizers can be flexibly combined to form continuous pulverized coal injection systems for series and parallel bottom discharge. This system has the advantages of simple process, compact structure, safety and reliability, and is especially suitable for pulverized coal injection in blast furnaces of the metallurgical industry.
It is worth mentioning that our original fluidized injection device is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of about 3mm. On its circular surface, we have designed long slits arranged in a cross shape, perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is only 0.5mm, the length is about 20mm, and the spacing is 10mm. More importantly, the lower edge of the slit is chamfered at 1×45°, and this ingenious design allows compressed air to be more concentrated at the center of the fluidized injection device, thereby enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle. This design makes the pulverized coal on the fluidized injection device easier to flow, ensures the stability of pulverized coal injection, and greatly improves the working efficiency and user experience of the fluidized injection device.
