XFC-4000 Vortex Air Pump is a product with relatively stable quality. It has been actually used by a large number of customers. We have been improving our product quality and perfecting various rules and regulations based on customer feedback, making our air pumps more competitive. The past two years of the pandemic have made business harder than before, and the decline in supply and demand has also put considerable pressure on suppliers. However, people still need to have dreams. They might come true one day. As the saying goes, one must be solid oneself to forge good iron. XFC-4000 Vortex Air Pump is integrally cast with an aluminum shell, which guarantees the product quality. It can also undergo non-standard processing according to the actual needs of customers to meet their various requirements. If you have any questions about the vortex air pump, you can communicate with us. We will wholeheartedly provide you with thoughtful services.
XFC-4000 Vortex Air Pump's operation directly affects the quality of the power grid. Only when the fan operates in good condition can the power grid quality be improved and the economic benefits of the unit be enhanced. The maintenance of the fan is an important factor affecting its operation, so it is crucial to do a good job in fan maintenance.
Wind turbines are comprehensive products integrating electrical, mechanical, aerodynamics and other disciplines, and all parts are closely connected and closely related. The quality of wind turbine maintenance directly affects the amount of power generation and economic benefits; the performance of the wind turbine itself must also be maintained through maintenance and inspection. Timely and effective maintenance can detect faults, reduce the occurrence of faults, and improve fan efficiency.
Regular maintenance can keep the equipment in good condition and extend the service life of the fan. The main contents of regular inspection and maintenance include: checking the bolt torque between fan connections (including electrical connections), and lubricating each transmission component. When the fan is running normally, the bolts of each connecting component are subjected to various combined vibrations for a long time, which will easily cause them to loosen. To prevent local bolts from being sheared due to uneven stress after loosening, we must regularly check their torque. When the ambient temperature is lower than -5℃, the torque should be tightened to 80% of the rated torque, and rechecked after the temperature rises above -5℃. We usually arrange the bolt tightening inspection in windless or low-wind summer to avoid the high-output season of the fan. The fan lubrication system mainly has two ways: thin oil lubrication (also known as mineral oil lubrication) and dry oil lubrication (also known as grease lubrication). The gearbox of the fan and the yaw reduction gearbox adopt thin oil lubrication. The maintenance method is to replenish oil and conduct sampling and testing. If the test results show that the lubricating oil can no longer be used, it should be replaced. The dry oil lubrication components include generator bearings, yaw bearings, yaw gears and so on. These components have high operating temperatures and are prone to deterioration, leading to bearing wear. During regular maintenance, they must be replenished with oil every time. In addition, the amount of oil replenished for generator bearings must be added according to the required quantity, not too much, to prevent the oil from squeezing into the motor windings and burning out the motor. We also need to check the hydraulic oil level, whether each sensor is damaged, whether the power supply of the sensors works reliably, and the wear of brake pads and brake discs and other aspects.
XFC-4000 Vortex Air Pump will also have some faults during operation that must be handled on-site, so we can conduct routine maintenance at the same time. First, carefully observe whether the stable platform and ladders inside the fan are firm, whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether there is a burnt smell in the control cabinet, whether the cable has shifted, whether the clamp is loose, whether the twist cable sensor pull ring is worn and cracked, whether the lubrication of the yaw gear is dry and deteriorated, whether the oil levels of the yaw gearbox, hydraulic oil and gearbox are normal, whether the gauge pressure of the hydraulic station is normal, whether there is wear between the rotating parts and the rotary parts, check whether each oil pipe joint leaks, and whether the indicators of the gear oil and hydraulic oil filters are in normal positions. Second, listen: check whether there is discharge sound in the control cabinet. If there is sound, it may be that the wiring terminals are loose or have poor contact, which needs careful inspection; listen to whether the sound during yaw is normal, whether there is any dry grinding sound; listen to whether there is abnormal noise in the generator bearings; listen to whether there is abnormal noise in the gearbox; listen to whether there is abnormal noise between the brake disc and the brake pad; listen to whether the sound when the blades rotate is normal. Third, clean up your work site and wipe clean each component and pipe joint of the hydraulic station to facilitate future observation of leaks.
Although the above routine maintenance items are not comprehensive, as long as we do them carefully and meticulously every time, we can definitely prevent faults and improve the equipment availability rate and utilization rate.
To operate and maintain wind turbines well, we usually need to conduct in-depth research and study on the relevant theoretical knowledge of fans, carefully make and file various maintenance records, conduct in-depth and detailed analysis of the frequent faults of fans, and strive to effectively prevent them. Only by taking precautions can we achieve the highest level of operation and maintenance.
XFC-4000 Vortex Air Pump maintenance:
Fan maintenance work system: Fan maintenance personnel must pay attention to the following points:
1. The fan can only be operated when all equipment is completely normal;
2. If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal;
3. Regularly remove dust, dirt, water and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipelines, and prevent rust and corrosion;
4. Repair of fan equipment is not allowed during operation.
Precautions during normal operation of the fan:
1. If the flow rate is found to be too large, which does not meet the usage requirements, or a relatively high flow rate is required in a short time, a throttling device can be used for adjustment to meet the usage requirements;
2. Regularly check the sensitivity of the thermometer and oil gauge;
3. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the start-up, shutdown or operation of the fan, immediately conduct an inspection;
4. For the minor faults found during inspection, find out the cause in time and try to handle them. If the minor faults cannot be eliminated or major faults are found, immediately carry out maintenance;
5. In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each disassembly and repair, the lubricating oil should also be replaced regularly.
