Product Introduction:
Intermittent High Shear Stainless SteelEmulsification Pump is a high-performance dispersion emulsifier designed for bottom-entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Based on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
Suitable for special environments or hygiene requirements, installed at the bottom of containers. It is a bottom-mounted high-shear dispersion emulsifier that can discharge materials or circulate after processing. Traditional bottom-mounted installations cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA can provide two different internal and external circulation methods.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortex and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. Three-phase motor, rotor drive shaft, and flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit via a cover. The standard version of ECA is suitable for handling
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
