Equipment Introduction:
The standard system of YK Series Laboratory Glass Vacuum Stirring Reactors has processing volumes of 1L, 2L, 5L, 10L and other series. It can realize process operations such as material dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing, etc. under vacuum or pressure environments, including dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, reaction, fermentation, cream preparation, polymer polymerization, synthesis reactions, etc.

Features of This Machine:
The equipment adopts a highly modular design, with optional configurations of various systems. It is equipped with a German imported high-speed motor, featuring a long service life and stable operation. The whole machine has a reasonable structural design and uses high-quality materials. It has stepless speed regulation, with a rotational speed up to 28000 rpm, and a shear linear speed of 27 m/s, which meets different working environments (closed, open, normal pressure, vacuum). It has overload protection and double-layer insulation. The working head is made of stainless steel, which is reusable and meets GMP hygiene standards. The equipment has a modular design, allowing flexible combination of any systems and quick disassembly and assembly of the working head.
