Equipment Introduction:
The standard system of YK Series Laboratory Glass Vacuum Stirring Reactors has processing capacities of 1L, 2L, 5L, 10L, etc. It can realize process operations such as material dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing under vacuum or pressure environments, including dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, reaction, fermentation, cream preparation, polymer polymerization, and synthesis reactions.

Features of This Machine:
The equipment adopts a highly modular design, with optional configurations of various systems. It is equipped with a German imported high-speed motor, featuring a long service life and stable operation. The whole machine has a reasonable structural design and uses high-quality materials. It steplessly adjusts the speed up to 28000 rpm, and the shear linear speed of 27 m/s meets different working environments (closed, open, normal pressure, vacuum). It has overload protection and double-layer insulation. The working head is made of stainless steel, which is reusable and meets GMP hygiene standards. The equipment has a modular design, allowing flexible combination of any systems, and the working head can be quickly disassembled and assembled.
