Working Principle
The powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier rotates at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and the material enters from the upper part and the bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor, generating a high linear speed, so that the material is subjected to strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the gaps of the rotor and stator, and then ejected out. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated. The material is repeatedly cycled, depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and sheared for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology to produce a stable emulsion.
