Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer creates a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and materials enter from the upper part and the bottom of the rotor-stator assembly. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate high linear speed, so that materials are ejected after undergoing intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and the stator. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.

Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, it is suitable for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants and pesticides.
