Bottom-Mounted High Shear Homogenizer
The ECA series bottom-mounted high shear homogenizer is a high-performance dispersion and emulsification machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Operating on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is ideal for applications that cannot be achieved with traditional stirring methods.
It is suitable for tank-bottom high shear dispersion and emulsification machines installed at the bottom of containers for special environments or hygiene requirements, allowing materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. With traditional tank-bottom installations, materials cannot be discharged independently after processing. The ECA offers two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine avoids strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It has a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit using a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.

Product Applications:
It is mainly suitable for equipment with small containers, where upper installation is not possible, or for equipment requiring multiple emulsification pump units and small initial feeding. It can also meet special working conditions such as vacuum and pressure requirements.
