Bottom-Mounted High Shear Homogenizer
The ECA series bottom-mounted high shear homogenizer is a high-performance dispersion and emulsification machine designed for entry from the bottom into containers. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses freely flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Utilizing the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is ideal for applications that cannot be completed with traditional stirring methods.
Suitable for special environments or hygienic requirements, it is installed at the bottom of containers, enabling the bottom-mounted high shear dispersion and emulsification machine to discharge materials or circulate them after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted installations, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It consists of a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor that combines a cover to form a compact unit. The standard ECA model is suitable for handling
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses low-maintenance mechanical seals.

Product Applications:
It is mainly suitable for equipment with small containers, where installation is not possible at the top, or where multiple emulsification pump devices are required, or for applications with small initial feeding. It can also meet special working conditions such as vacuum and pressure requirements.
