Gas stop valve
I. Introduction:
The gas shut-off valve J41N is a type of gas valve, also known as a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) shut-off valve. This product features pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is used in urban LPG storage stations, as well as refineries and LPG systems in petrochemical plants, serving as a shut-off device for controlling the medium. The gas shut-off valve uses molded polytetrafluoroethylene/soft graphite as the sealing packing, with initial sealing provided by the packing gland. If dynamic sealing leakage occurs due to wear, it can be adjusted using the packing gland nut, making it suitable for most high and medium pressure non-corrosive fluid conveying applications.

III. Principle and Structure:
1. When the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the valve stem moves downward, and the valve disc descends to bring the sealing surfaces into close contact, cutting off the flow path. Rotating counterclockwise opens the valve, and the upper seal engages when the valve stem reaches its uppermost position.
2. This valve is equipped with an additional upper seal. When the valve is open, it forms a dual seal together with the packing, and also provides a certain degree of protection for the packing.
3. This valve uses nylon products as the sealing surface, the packing is soft molded packing, and the upper seal is also made of soft material, resulting in good sealing performance.
