I. Introduction:
The gas shut-off valve J41N is a type of gas valve, also known as a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) shut-off valve. This product features pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is used in urban LPG storage stations, as well as refineries and LPG systems of petrochemical plants, serving as a device for controlling the opening and closing of the medium flow path. The gas shut-off valve adopts molded polytetrafluoroethylene/ flexible graphite as the sealing packing, and provides initial sealing through the packing gland. When dynamic seal leakage occurs due to wear, it can be adjusted via the packing gland nut, making it suitable for most high and medium pressure non-corrosive fluid conveying applications.

III. Principle and Structure:
1. When the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the valve stem moves downward, and the valve disc descends to make the sealing surfaces fit together, cutting off the flow path. When rotated counterclockwise, the valve opens, and the upper seal comes into effect when the valve stem is raised to the top position.
2. This valve is equipped with an additional upper seal. When the valve is in the open state, it forms a dual sealing function together with the packing, and also provides a certain degree of protection for the packing.
3. This valve uses nylon products as the sealing surface, soft molded packing as the packing, and soft material for the upper seal, resulting in good sealing performance.
