Three-way antibiotic stop valve
I. Introduction:
The KJ43F three-way antibiotic stop valve is one of the most critical components in valves. As the flow passage and control hub for the medium, it must withstand pressure, temperature, erosion, and corrosion from the working medium. The core of valve design lies in the valve body design. Although valve body structures vary widely, the functional division of two cross-sections remains consistent: the longitudinal section of the valve body determines the flow direction of the fluid, and the cross-sectional area of the valve body defines the area through which the fluid passes. Based on fluid mechanics principles and combined with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry's GMP standards, we designed the longitudinal section of the valve body to first have a conical surface followed by a straight section, creating a swirling flow pattern that allows materials to quickly exit the valve. Sealing materials and their performance are closely related to valve quality. Some sealing materials are unsuitable for this fluid operating condition and hinder sealing, while others adapt well and enhance sealing. Due to different specifications and enterprise-specific operating conditions, enterprises select different materials for sealing components.
II. Features:
1. Possesses strong sterilization and disinfection functions, preventing product contamination by bacteria.
2. The sealing gasket is made of high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite material.
3. The sealing gasket, middle valve body seal ring, and valve stem packing are all made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene. They have a long service life, are corrosion-resistant, and ensure no internal or external leakage.
4. The streamlined flow path results in minimal pressure loss.
5. The sealing gasket is replaceable, making disassembly more convenient and reducing maintenance costs.
6. Reasonable design with no dead corners, effectively reducing bacterial contamination rates in pharmaceutical production and providing reliable assurance for aseptic antibiotic production.
