I. Introduction:
The KJ43F three-way antibiotic stop valve is one of the most critical components in valves. As the flow passage and control throat for the medium, it must withstand the pressure, temperature, erosion, and corrosion of the working medium. The key to valve design lies in the valve body design. Although the structure of valve bodies varies widely and diversely, the functional division of two clearly defined cross-sections remains consistent: the longitudinal section of the valve body determines the flow direction of the fluid, and the cross-section of the valve body defines the area through which the fluid passes. Based on fluid mechanics principles and combined with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry's GMP standards, we have designed the longitudinal section of the valve to first have a conical surface followed by a cross-section, creating a swirling flow pattern that allows the material to quickly exit the valve. Sealing materials and their properties are closely related to the quality of the valve. Some sealing materials are not suitable for this fluid operating condition and are not conducive to sealing, while others are compatible with this fluid operating condition and facilitate sealing. Due to different specifications, seals are made of different materials selected according to the operating conditions of each enterprise.
II. Features:
1. It has strong sterilization and disinfection functions, preventing product contamination by bacteria.
2. The sealing gasket is made of high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite material.
3. The sealing gasket, the medium seal in the valve body, and the valve stem packing are all made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene. They have a long service life, are corrosion-resistant, and ensure no internal or external leakage.
4. The streamlined flow path results in low pressure loss.
5. The sealing gasket is replaceable, making disassembly more convenient and reducing maintenance costs.
6. The design is reasonable with no dead corners, effectively reducing the bacterial contamination rate in pharmaceutical production and providing reliable assurance for aseptic antibiotic production.
7. The structure is precise with excellent sealing performance. It eliminates running, overflowing, dripping, and leakage, saves energy consumption, and provides favorable conditions for civilized workshop production.
8. The material is reliable, the manufacturing is fine, and it is durable. The seal uses polytetrafluoroethylene, which has strong corrosion resistance. During major overhauls, only the gasket needs to be replaced, making disassembly easy and maintenance convenient, reducing costs and improving economic benefits.
9. It has a wide range of applications. It not only replaces the three-way diaphragm valve in inoculation stations but also can be widely used in process pipelines such as crystallization tanks in API workshops, with good results.
