Oil-sealed plug valve
I. Introduction:
The X47W-10 oil-sealed plug valve features straight-through fluid flow with low resistance, enabling quick and easy opening and closing. In pipelines, plug valves are mainly used for shutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of the medium. They can be easily adapted to multi-channel structures, allowing a single valve to have two, three, or even four different flow paths. This simplifies the design of pipeline systems, reduces the number of valves, and eliminates some connecting fittings required in equipment. Oil-sealed plug valves are among the earliest valve types adopted in history. Due to their simple structure, quick operation (only a 1/4 turn of the plug completes the opening and closing action), easy handling, and low fluid resistance, they remain widely used to this day. Currently, they are mainly applied in low-pressure, small-diameter, and low-medium-temperature scenarios. Based on the structural characteristics of plug valves and the functions achievable in design, they can be selected according to the following principles.
II. Features:

3. Simple structure, relatively small volume, light weight, and easy maintenance.
4. Good sealing performance.
5. Not restricted by installation direction; the medium can flow in any direction.
