Adjustable constant temperature steam trap
I. Introduction:
The STB adjustable constant-temperature steam trap is a new product belonging to the thermostatic type. The temperature-sensing element inside the valve is filled with a temperature-sensing substance composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturating agent, a stabilizer, and a filler. By utilizing its thermal expansion and contraction and state changes with temperature, the valve automatically closes or opens, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining condensate. Selecting the appropriate specification determines the temperature range for condensate discharge, and then within this range, it can be adjusted according to requirements using the adjusting screw. It is an ideal choice for steam equipment, heating pipelines, and small heat exchanger pipelines in industries such as petroleum, chemical, paper, medicine, and food.
II. Structural Features:
1. This valve adopts the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature-sensing element to control the opening and closing.
2. It has sensitive action, constant drainage temperature, is not affected by pressure, and has good energy-saving effect.
3. It can drain continuously, has no noise, adopts a small and lightweight design, is easy to install, and can be installed at any angle.
4. It can automatically exhaust air, has no air lock phenomenon, and can also adjust the drainage temperature.
