Stainless steel eccentric plug valve
I. Introduction:
The PLVG-10P stainless steel eccentric plug valve is a rotary valve with a plug-shaped closing member. By rotating 90 degrees, the passage port on the plug aligns with or separates from the passage port on the valve body, thereby realizing opening or closing. The plug of the plug valve can be cylindrical or conical. In a cylindrical plug, the passage is generally rectangular; while in a conical plug, the passage is trapezoidal. These shapes make the structure of the plug valve lightweight, but at the same time, they also cause certain pressure loss. Plug valves are most suitable for cutting off and connecting media as well as for diverting purposes. However, depending on the nature of the application and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface, they can sometimes be used for throttling. Since the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve has a wiping effect and can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium when fully open, it is usually also applicable to media containing suspended particles.
II. Features:

7. The valve cover and valve body are sealed with O-rings, reducing the number of bolts and facilitating maintenance.
8. Ideal linear curve, can be used as a regulating valve.
9. Pressure gauge joints at the inlet and outlet of the valve are provided, facilitating users to control and measure the flow rate.
10. Straight-through flow channel and cylindrical valve body design, making it difficult for sediments to accumulate.
11. Opening degree display and opening degree memory, facilitating user operation.
12. Can be equipped with manual, electric, or pneumatic actuators.
