I. Introduction:
The PLVG-10P stainless steel eccentric plug valve is a rotary valve with a plug-shaped closing member. By rotating 90 degrees, the passage on the plug aligns with or separates from the passage on the valve body, thereby achieving opening or closing. The plug of the plug valve can be cylindrical or conical. In a cylindrical plug, the passage is generally rectangular; while in a conical plug, the passage is trapezoidal. These shapes make the structure of the plug valve lightweight, but at the same time, they cause certain pressure loss. Plug valves are most suitable for on-off, medium diversion applications, but depending on the nature of the medium and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface, they can sometimes be used for throttling. Due to the wiping action during the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve, and the complete prevention of contact with the flowing medium when fully open, it is usually also applicable to media with suspended particles.

7. The valve cover and valve body are sealed with O-rings, reducing the number of bolts and facilitating maintenance.
8. Ideal linear curve, can be used as a control valve.
9. Pressure gauge joints at the inlet and outlet of the valve are provided, facilitating flow control and measurement for users.
10. Straight-through flow channel and cylindrical valve body design, making sediment accumulation difficult.
11. Opening degree display and memory function, facilitating user operation.
12. Can be equipped with manual, electric, or pneumatic actuators.
