ZPG Automatic Sewage Discharge Filter
I. Introduction:
The ZPG automatic sewage filter is a filter that can use low-quality water for industrial cooling. It can also be used in other process flows that require filtration. It has the function of flushing and removing impurities, and is generally installed in front of heat exchangers and other actuating mechanisms to regularly flush and remove impurities. Under normal conditions, the diverter valve is open, and water flows through the filter cylinder and exits through the outlet. When the diverter valve is closed and the sewage discharge valve is open, water is forced to enter the outside of the filter cylinder through the mesh holes in the inlet section of the filter cylinder. Most of the water flows out from the outlet, and a part of it flows back into the interior of the filter cylinder through the mesh holes in the impurity collection section outside the filter, creating a backwash effect on the filter cylinder. This achieves the effect of flushing impurities adhering to the mesh holes from the outside of the filter cylinder, and the impurities are still discharged through the sewage outlet.
II. Features:
1. The ZPG automatic sewage filter has features such as simple structure and convenient disassembly.
2. It can be directly installed on the pipe network system without any supporting structure, saving space.
3. It saves investment costs, does not require additional bypass pipelines during installation, reduces labor intensity, and avoids the need for disassembly and sewage discharge during commissioning and maintenance.
4. It is flexible in installation, and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
5. The resistance of the filter at rated flow rate is 0.05～0.1m water column.
6. The filter mesh cylinder is integrally and fixedly connected to the pipe body, with good rigidity and strength, no wearing parts, and a long service life.
7. Specifications of the filter mesh: 10 mesh/inch, 14 mesh/inch, 20 mesh/inch, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
