ZPG automatic sewage filter is a filter that can use low-quality water for industrial cooling, and it can also be used in other process flows that require filtration. It has the function of flushing and removing impurities. Generally, it is installed in front of heat exchangers and other actuating mechanisms, and impurities are removed through regular flushing. Under normal conditions, the diverter valve is open, and water flows out from the outlet after being filtered through the filter cylinder. When the diverter valve is closed and the sewage discharge valve is open, water is forced to enter the outside of the filter cylinder through the mesh at the inlet section of the filter cylinder. Most of the water flows out from the outlet, and part of it enters the inside of the filter cylinder from the outside of the filter through the mesh at the impurity collection section, creating backwashing on the filter cylinder. This achieves the effect of flushing impurities adhering to the mesh from the outside of the filter cylinder, and the impurities are still discharged through the sewage outlet.
