Q11F three-piece high-platform ball valve
I. Introduction:
The Q11F three-piece high-platform ball valve features a simple structure, quick opening and closing, small size, light weight, convenient operation and maintenance, and a wide range of applications. The special advantage of high-platform ball valves over other ball valves is that their sealing surfaces are not easily worn, with no friction during opening and closing, and they can fully regulate and block the medium. They are widely used in working environments with high requirements for flow interception, such as petroleum and chemical industries. The three-piece high-platform ball valve should be a stop valve in the fields of marine engineering and ships. It is defined in the standard GB/T21465-2008 "Valve Terms" as: a valve whose opening and closing part (sphere) is driven by a valve stem and rotates around the axis of the square-stem ball valve. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Among them, the hard-seal V-type ball valve has strong shear force between its V-shaped ball core and the metal valve seat surfacing with hard alloy, making it especially suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, etc.
II. Features:
（1）Small fluid resistance, full-bore ball valves have almost no flow resistance.
（2）Simple structure, small size, and light weight.
（3）Tight and reliable. It has two sealing surfaces, and currently various plastics are widely used as sealing surface materials for ball valves, ensuring good sealing performance and achieving complete sealing. It is also widely used in vacuum systems.
（4）Convenient operation and quick opening and closing, requiring only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.
（5）Convenient maintenance. The ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing rings are generally movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively easy.
（6）When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the sphere and valve seat are isolated from the medium, so the medium will not cause erosion to the valve's sealing surfaces when passing through.
（7）Wide application range, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, suitable for applications from high vacuum to high pressure.
（8）Due to the wiping action during the opening and closing process of the ball valve, it can be used for media with suspended solid particles.

IV. Installation Instructions:
（1）Remove the protective covers from both sides of the flange end, and flush and clean the valve while it is fully open.
（2）Before installation, conduct a full machine test according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) to prevent performance degradation caused by vibration during transportation. Only after passing the test can it be put into installation (wiring should follow the wiring diagram of the electric actuator).
（3）Before preparing to connect to the pipeline, flush and remove residual impurities in the pipeline, as these substances may damage the valve seat and sphere.
（4）During installation, do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
（5）This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
（6）The pipeline near the installation point should not sag or be subjected to external force. Pipeline supports or brackets can be used to eliminate pipeline deviation.
（7）After connecting to the pipeline, tighten the flange connection bolts crosswise with the specified torque.
